St Augustine, Florida Our newly decorated 2 bedroom condo is located on Anastasia Island at the St Augustine Beach & Tennis Club adjacent to the beach. It has a wooden beach access and is beach accessible by car for a small fee. It has two heated pools which includes a shower and is located in a safe fenced in area. Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with huge king siz bed and the 2nd room with 2 twin beds, also Included is a roll away cot.
Take a short drive to quaint Old Town St Augustine with its brick streets, lovely restaurants, many, many eclectic shops, Fort Castillo de San Marcos (oldest fort in America) and if you're feeling adventurous take one of the ghost tours. Kids may enjoy the Alligator Farm which is a short drive from the condo. Another great place to see is the Conch House, a marina restaurant which also rents jet skis and canoes. A couple other attractions are: Fort Matanzas- a short ferry ride to Rattlesnake Island. Claude's Chocolate - chocolate specialty shop for us chocolate lovers. Lightener Museum - features items of Victoriana as well as stained glass room by Tiffany. Old Towne Trolley tours of Old St. Augustine- they share history and attractions and sight of America oldest city. St. Augustine Pub Crawl- departs every Wed thru Sun evening at 5 for 2.5 hour walking tour and includes a draft beer or soda at 5 pubs. Take a day trip to Orlando or Daytona.
